All print and art sales are final.

I hold the right to cancel any orders that indicate a resale to gain profits. 

—Prints 

If there are flaws or damages to the print, please email photographs and order number to hello@kethyw.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

All still life prints are Giclée printing quality, limited and print to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production–orders. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the Orca Project.

All art prints are inkjet printing quality, limited and print to order. Dispatch time varies and will aim to no more than 7 working days from purchase date. 

—Art 

Charcoal line drawings are prone to signs of smudging, creases and imperfections. The originals are sprayed with a fixative to maintain the longevity and further smudging. Art prints are scanned and will contain the imperfections of the original art for authenticity. 


Shipping




Shipping rates are flat rates that are out of my control. All shipments are tracked, flat wrapped in cellophane bag with an acid free backing board. This protects the prints from any possible damage.

Once your order has been shipped, it is under the designated carrier’s responsibility. I am not liable for any lost mail or possible incurred customs duties. 

Please be advised that there are no guaranteed delivery times as the pandemic may cause delays. Please contact me if you would like an express shipping option.
